How long does delivery take?

Our NZ-Made sofas are crafted to order. Delivery is usually within 2 weeks, depending on fabric selection — and we always strive to deliver sooner.

Can I customise the fabric or configuration?

Yes. We offer a wide range of fabrics and configurations (3-seater, modular, chaise, etc.). Your sofa is made to suit your home and lifestyle.

What does the warranty cover?

All NZ-Made sofas come with a 10 Year Manufacturer Warranty covering the frame and foam. Fabrics include 12 months standard cover, with options for extended fabric protection.

Do you provide setup and assembly?

Yes, professional setup can be arranged at the time of delivery. Please note that an additional charge may apply for this service.
