Nationwide, with care
Large furniture
Door to door, NZ wide
Sofas, beds, dining and storage are delivered door to door throughout New Zealand. In Auckland this is a standard single-person delivery; two-person delivery to your room of choice is available on request at an additional cost (please ask our team to confirm at the time of purchase). Outside Auckland, large items are delivered one-person, door to door.
Décor & smaller items
Sent by courier
Cushions, lighting, mirrors, vases and other smaller pieces are sent by courier, tracked to your door anywhere in the country.

Click & collect
Collect your order in person from our Ōtāhuhu showroom at 32 Saleyards Road, Ōtāhuhu, Auckland. We'll let you know the moment it's ready.
When to expect it
Lead times
In stock
In-stock pieces are dispatched within three to seven working days, plus transit time to your region.
Made to order
Made-to-order pieces are crafted especially for you and typically ready within two to four weeks.
Delivery cost
Calculated at checkout
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery region — so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay, with no surprises afterward.
Assembly
Available in Auckland
Our furniture is delivered ready to enjoy, with any assembly left for you to complete at home. If you'd prefer us to handle it, assembly is available in Auckland for an additional cost — just ask our team to arrange it at the time of purchase.
On the day
What to expect at delivery
Please make sure someone is available to receive your order. Our delivery team confirms each delivery with a photograph on arrival, so no signature is needed from you at the door.
We ask that you take a moment to check your piece once it arrives. If anything isn't right, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — with a quick photo, and we'll take care of it.
You're covered. Your order is protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If something arrives damaged or faulty, we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund in line with your rights.
