Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver throughout New Zealand. Small items are sent by courier; larger furniture is delivered by our dedicated team or freight partners, depending on your location.

Delivery options

• Auckland — standard delivery is single-person, door-to-door. A two-person delivery to your room of choice is available on request for an additional cost; just let us know at the time of purchase.
• Outside Auckland — large items are delivered one-person, door-to-door. Smaller items are sent by courier.

Delivery cost

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your delivery location, so you'll always see the cost before you pay. Any optional extras — such as two-person delivery or assembly in Auckland — are arranged separately and confirmed at the time of purchase.

Dispatch & timeframes

• In-stock items — typically delivered within 3–7 working days.
• Made-to-order items — typically within 2–4 weeks.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. We'll keep you informed and get in touch to arrange a delivery time that works for you.

Click & collect

You're welcome to collect your order from our Ōtāhuhu showroom at no delivery cost. Choose click & collect at checkout and we'll let you know as soon as your order is ready.

On delivery day

Please make sure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address. Our delivery team photographs each order on arrival, so no signature is required from you. We won't leave large items unattended unless you've arranged this with us in advance.

Checking your order

We take care to deliver your furniture in perfect condition, but please check your item on arrival. If anything arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — with a photo, and we'll put it right.

Assembly

Assembly isn't included as standard. Many of our pieces are simple to set up, and we'll let you know if an item needs assembling. In Auckland, we can arrange assembly for an additional cost — just ask when you order.
