How long is the warranty?
Orthomarama comes with a 10-year manufacturer warranty.
How long does delivery take?
Each Orthomarama is made to order in New Zealand. Please allow 5–7 working days for production before your mattress is ready for delivery or collection.
Can an orthopaedic mattress feel soft and still be supportive?
Yes. Orthopaedic doesn't mean hard — the support comes from the spring system underneath, so the Medium and Plush can feel generous on top and still keep you aligned.
Which feel suits joint or shoulder discomfort?
Many people prefer the Medium or Plush, which cushion pressure points more while keeping the body supported underneath. Trying them in store is the best way to tell.
Do I need to rotate or flip it?
Rotate it head-to-toe from time to time to keep wear even. Orthomarama is a one-sided mattress, so it isn't designed to be flipped.
Can I try it in store?
Yes — all three feels are in our Ōtāhuhu showroom, so you can compare Firm, Medium and Plush side by side.
